My original, timeless, smallscale and handmade work, whether it is abstract, figurative or landscape, represents the journey through my life in Flanders and on the island of Crete, and the incredible people that I’ve got to know along the way. I paint intuitively and spontaneously, using built up layers to convey a sense of mystery and curiosity.
